Architecture, state, privacy, and security

The compact issue selector loads first; detailed relationship and evidence records load separately. Analysis uses stable canonical ordering and SHA-256 identities over schema, source release, sorted issue IDs, and method versions. URL fragments are validated against canonical IDs, limited to seven issues per set, canonicalized, shareable, reloadable, and contain no personal information. Unknown values remain explicit.

All computation and exports occur locally. There are no accounts, remote notes, public write APIs, hosted language-model calls, custom analytics events, or server-saved selections. CSV exports neutralize spreadsheet formulas; labels and state are escaped before rendering.
