Stakeholder sizing methodology
Rough order of magnitude, without false precision
Every current stakeholder has a sizing record. A number appears only when a recorded source measures a compatible population, household, student, worker, or bounded proxy.

How to read the numbers
- Direct estimate: the source definition and unit substantially match the stakeholder definition.
- Bounded ROM: a transparent operational band or proxy is useful, but the page states the mismatch.
- Point-in-time estimate: the number describes one date, not annual prevalence.
- Not established: no compatible measurement exists; the value is not zero.
ACS sums and differences retain a combined 90% margin of error. All values keep a reference period, geography, unit, source locator, and limitations.
Non-additivity
stakeholder communities overlap heavily. A person or household may appear in many records. Numbers must not be summed into a total audience, reach, or influence score.
Dual-national boundary
No research public source supplies compatible U.S.–country dual-citizenship counts for the country-pair records. Ancestry, birthplace, residence, surname, heritage, and language are not substituted for citizenship, so those records correctly show “No defensible number yet.”
