Governed vocabulary

Readiness states

These twelve terms are the only public readiness states. They describe bounded records, not people, groups, or truth beyond the cited scope.

unknown
The governed record does not establish a state.
missing
A required field or evidence unit is absent.
candidate
A bounded item is queued for research and is not evidence.
research required
A material question remains open and needs governed research.
located
A source or record has been found, without implying substantive support.
supported
Governed evidence supports the bounded proposition within its stated scope.
contradicted
Governed evidence conflicts with the bounded proposition within its stated scope.
mixed
Governed evidence contains both supporting and conflicting results or materially different contexts.
stale
The currentness threshold has passed or authority is no longer current.
verified
Required identity, locator, and integrity checks passed; truth is not inferred beyond those checks.
publication-ready
Governed review, source, date, and publication controls are complete, but publication has not occurred.
published
The governed record is present on an authorized public route.
