These VPAT-style notes summarize the v7.45 structured audit. They are not an independent formal VPAT or a guarantee about third-party content.

Known exceptions and boundaries
- No eligible independent screen-reader participant record exists; automated, author, and Codex runs are not external validation.
- Third-party pages opened from source or support links have their own accessibility behavior.
- Legacy analytical machinery remains available inside collapsed detail and may be denser than reader-first summaries.
