Differences within affected populations analysis
Begin with the selected issue and identify affected audiences, internal variation, lived stakes, and evidence gaps. Aggregate records never establish a collective mandate.
Three distinct comparison modes
Demographic peers compares U.S. bi-national and heritage communities. State contexts compares communities with state and metropolitan environments. Shared issue stakes finds stakeholder communities with related documented interests in a selected issue.
Similarity is not alliance. These results do not establish communication, consent, representation, endorsement, political agreement, or willingness to collaborate.

Four ways to explore
The validated Run019 country-neighbor comparison artifact is not present locally. This disables only country proximity and heritage similarity; it does not disable core issue and stakeholder modes. Common heritage would not establish political agreement, representation, consent, or partnership.

Balanced results
Issue to audiences requires an issue. Stakeholder to partners requires a starting stakeholder. Missing evidence is never converted to zero.
X-axis: selected-issue relevance. Y-axis: complementary capacity or adjusted for data quality stakeholder closeness. Bubble size: evidence coverage. Fill color groups stakeholder families; shape and border distinguish impacted audiences, candidate partners, and both.
Every plotted item is also available in the accessible result table. Records lacking either axis are listed separately and never plotted as zero. Color is supplementary; labels, borders, and the table expose the same information.

When research measurements are available, these signals begin with likely impact dimensions. They do not establish a shared position or representative mandate.
Potential contribution paths require role and capacity evidence. Where those fields are unavailable, candidates remain research required.
These candidates are not established partners or impacted audiences. They appear only because a research pilot directory retained a research relationship.
Select two to five stakeholders. A sixth selection is rejected without changing the tray.
Transparent Beta methodology
Begin with the selected issue and identify affected audiences, internal variation, lived stakes, and evidence gaps. Aggregate records never establish a collective mandate.
Examine the wider civic ecosystem of service providers, institutions, employers, advocates, researchers, funders, media, and accountability actors—only where research role evidence exists.
Consider power, jurisdiction, implementation capacity, resource access, constraints, and institutional accountability as separate dimensions.
Similarity describes profile proximity only. Complementarity describes potentially different but useful capabilities. Neither establishes alliance or support.
Readiness describes support and coverage, not truth probability. Partial calculations renormalize only across available components after a minimum evidence gate.
A research-required label identifies a candidate relationship that is not ready to be presented as established.
194 of 194 eligible non-U.S. sovereign-country cohorts. Country labels identify aggregate research cohorts, never an individual visitor.
17 population lenses and 7 geography lenses are registered for future research analysis. They do not currently alter demographic similarity, issue proximity, or stakeholder estimates, and they never infer ideology or willingness to collaborate.
