# WS Musings — Researcher / Institution Evaluation Packet

Development release: `WSM-V7.35-EXTERNAL-VALIDATION-DEMAND-EVIDENCE-2026-08-27`

## What WS Musings is

A governed research system for organizing issues, bounded evidence, stakeholders, explainable relationships, deterministic analytical views, explicit gaps, reproducible research objects, local research workflow, citations, and static Open Data.

## Principal evaluation object

- Lighthouse Research Object: `/research/objects/latinidad-worker-power/`
- Canonical ID: `research-object:v733:latinidad-worker-power`
- Evaluation protocol: `/evaluate/`

## Responsible inspection

- Evidence and exact source locator: Lighthouse Evidence spine
- Governed stakeholder rationales: Lighthouse Stakeholder landscape
- Unknowns and limitations: Lighthouse Gaps section
- Methodology and provenance: Lighthouse Cite/Export plus `/methodology/architecture/`
- Open Data: `/research/data/`
- External verification: `/verify/`

## Reuse

The canonical JSON, CSV, citation text, public brief, BOM, architecture manifest, and reproducibility manifest can be inspected without accounts or private infrastructure. Preserve object identity, release/version, source provenance, and limitations when reusing material.

## Evaluation and interest

The `/evaluate/` form creates a private local JSON response. It does not submit automatically. Evaluators may explicitly record task completion, reuse, return intent, a concrete workflow, or pilot/collaboration interest. These are intent signals, not customers or endorsements.

## Privacy

No registration is required. Ordinary browsing is not counted as validation, and no behavioral telemetry or hidden evaluator identifier is added. Optional contact information requires explicit follow-up permission and remains private.
