## Purpose

This integration converts the furnished research registers into a governed model that distinguishes:

1. an operationally furnished research path;
2. an exact source packet;
3. machine-readable structured inputs;
4. a completed calculation or classification;
5. human verification and review; and
6. eligibility for a factual public conclusion.

These states are not interchangeable.

The 30 model-detected combinations are the missing cells needed to make every global issue conform to the complete 13-dimension contract. The Canada and European Union country-context grids already contain all 11 required fields for all 200 context issues.

- required values, units, denominators, populations, geographies, periods, vintages, and uncertainty are structured;
- compatibility rules pass;
- methodology and limitations are reviewed;
- currentness is checked;
- counterevidence is considered; and
- the applicable human review is complete.

The current exact-source pilot remains a review-ready packet set, not verified evidence.
